Rodolphe Ardant is a young dad and experienced entrepreneur. After graduating from Polytechnique and Columbia, he built and managed his own company for 5 years. He now is the CEO of Spendesk.

Sandro Munda is a Belgian bundle of energy, passionate developer and savvy entrepreneur. Before becoming Forest CTO, he led multiple projects and worked as lead software engineer in various tech startups.

Matthieu Vaxelaire graduated from a top Belgian business school with a Masters in Finance. He founded two startups before becoming the CEO of Mention.

Olivier Pailhes is the CEO of Aircall. He joined eFounders back in 2013 bringing his 14 years of experience in strategy consulting and executive management to build Aircall. Jazz lover and great story teller, he built a very ambitious team to disrupt and conquer the telephony software industry.

Entrepreneurial & visionary — We are looking for builders who are natural evangelists able to transfer and share their vision and enthusiasm with team members, clients, media partners and any other stakeholders.

Structured & ambitious — You know that building a startup is not only about crafting a product. It is also about scaling an entire business from the ground up, using an enormous amount of methodical and data-driven processes.

Web-lover & open-minded — You are deeply enthusiastic about the web and innovative technologies, but, at the same time, you are curious about the world around you - not to mention you've got a great sense of humor!
